All items are made to order.  Due to the custom and intricate nature of the pieces we create, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges at this time.

Please allow 4 weeks for production.

Please allow for small variations with each item, as they are handmade to order in Los Angeles CA and we try our best to make each item like the pictures on our site.  Most of our components are natural products and will have slight variations to them.

All Domestic orders are shipped USPS priority mail.
All International orders are shipped USPS first class mail.
